Gateway Lifestyle Group (ASX Code: GTY)
Gateway Lifestyle Group (Gateway) requests that an immediate trading halt be
granted with respect to Gateway’s stapled securities pending an announcement to
the market in relation to a proposed capital raising.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, Gateway provides the following information:
(a) Gateway requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of such
time as it makes an announcement to the market in relation to the outcome
of the proposed capital raising and the commencement of trading on 10
March 2016, unless Gateway requests that the trading halt be lifted before
that time; and
(b) Gateway is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be
granted, or of any other information available at this stage that is relevant
to the trading halt.
