Nobody liked Sbbp and the market at the time was saying they were an unknown and basically didn't have the credibility , (I think that came from Pattersons or Morgans). As a result zero ev was given for the deal.
They bit off more than they could chew trying to look impressive with a longer pipeline but this bit them in the backside when their ipo fell over and they raised less than half of what they wanted.
Too bad , so sad ....we keep the cash and 1103 and effectively they have ended up paying about 40c a share for their holding in ANP as a result.

Tell me, in what way haven't Anp cleaned up in this scenario?..... 1103 has been further developed at someone elses expense, we keep all the cash and we are now in a stronger position to negotiate a new deal.
The only disappointment is they didn't take us out.
