I thought perhaps because the 12.5c (33% discount) is only as the Far East put it a "hard nosed" evaluation on the NPV for companies in a pre-finance position, as the offtake/finance looms, these little "brick in wall" announcements are released it may naturally grow.

I've found that certainly in a bullish climate they do (rightly or wrongly).

So then I guess the consensus is that either the market is still hanging it's hat on original Far East val and/or in addition to this there are possibly other larger factors at play (ie US economy, local market volatility etc).
