    Yesterday was Hold I thought. But they say they made the downgrade 2 days ago.
    My concern is that I thought NAB was in talks with SGH to refinance and are technically insiders.
    (please correct me if NAB is not one of the banks in the talks)
    With no official news they remove SGH from their approved investment list for Margin lending and downgrade to sell.
    They would need a really good Chinese Wall in this situation.
