Why take them over? Easier to just wait for them to run out of money, they drop the ground and then maybe pick it all up for next to nothing. Remember mining leases aren't approved yet, and are unlikely to be approved by NSW Dept of Mines anytime soon, ML approvals are suffering mass delays at the moment anyway .
