Yes I think the market is grappling with the 407 NPV. Part of the explanation is that they used only 29mt. But I also find it a little difficult to work out how we go from 120m ebita, 2 year payback to only 407m NPV.
There is massive upside to the resource not priced into this PFS IMO.
