Yayy some news. The patent allowance is certainly good news and interesting reading on just how big the market is in China for the treatment of smokers. 1 in 6 tobacco related deaths worldwide occur in China. Amazing.. Not much of an update on commercial progress but interesting to note the end of phase 2 Meeting is still scheduled to occur in 1Q 2016, so in the next 3 weeks?
Overall pleased to see an update. It would have been even better to see 'the board of Invion continues to work with US-based Ferghana Partners Group' with a few extra words like 'and are assessing a number of offers' but perhaps they are just playing their cards close to their chest. We can only hope.
