Basically it adds $3 per tin on $25 tin for diagou. With their current margins, it will have limited impact, imo. That's the price consumers will have to pay to "guarantee" purchasing overseas stock from trusted source. The main positive is there will be no requirements for Chinese labeling (if all this news is accurate).
