As philip said quite possibly the same SI's who took shares at 11 cents took them at 8 cents as well. Now ... sell the 8 cent shares = 37.5% profit while their 11 cent shares are square and there for the upside. Some will have done this, others will wait.
Great to see we did not go backwards post announcement given the run up to news.
