@Tn00b , Lets also look at this from another perspective to challenge your theory that Half Bricks will not buy into the capital raising..... If you were one the largest holders (eg Half Brick, Tara, Birkdale) which has 10 million or so shares invested, what can you do with those shares if you wanted to divest them? You can't sell them on the market as there is no demand, and demand will be negligible by next week if the announcement comes out that they did not raise the funds (who will buy 10 million shares???? for a company that will become insolvent). Therefor the only viable option would be to ensure that OLV survives and thrives... so why wouldn't they take up the offer? This is one situation where the largest shareholders get bent over and it doesn't always go their way.
