    Sorry Just cannot imagine SGS going into this sort of deal in a impromptu fashion, I t just does not ring right .

    Why would they have agreed to the valuation in the first place when SBS refused the 8c option price

    Think the longer the delay the more likely we are in merger or takeover mode
