a utility would have to analyse all the technical reports, financial data, production profile, production costs, ablation costs and of course mill access before they sign any contract. They have seen it all. They signed on to buy the material the WU is selling. That is the #1 sign of support. Not a mate of Slick's. An end user, that is really what counts. If you google it, you will see who the utility is. The utility that is posted as the buyer is most impressive.
