Largely agree, I really think they should be pushing the enterprise angle a lot more, or the systems integrator angle. IMO the strategy should have focussed on getting a few enterprise anchor customers signed up and costs low, then once they were cashflow positive get set up in a few telcos where the longer-term vision can brew away in the background as the telcos sell it.

DUBs pitch is that all businesses of all sizes should record all calls - into the cloud. From where they can use analytics and machine learning to do cool things like gauge customer sentiment, or boring things like retrieve a call from a customer six months ago to prove they did in fact order the fluro pink carpet that you laid. Makes a lot of sense really, they should say it more.

The latter part is why they want to get into telcos, so they've got one integration point for all those potential customers. One might argue there's a better way to do that though, like launch an decent app for example that shows the sentiment of the person on the other end and pulls out keywords. I don't understand why they aren't building a consumer app, because someone will if they don't.
