All IMO but Harpoon - do you mean the US900,000 bond for release that YOW didn't announce that became 560K possibly or am I mistaken? . Was the wrapper really on it's way as per asx announcement or just that lawyers had come to a agreement and had a ruling? . Question - is the whetstone wrapper in YOW physical possession or not as I am pretty sure it wasn't when that announcement was made as bond had not been paid but I may be wrong . Good old asx announcements and compliance. Obligation to announce full facts at the time but never seems to be a obligation to update stuff when it changes?
