The market has spoken with it's feet. 76% to one enity and a further 7% shortly to the 2 Directors who put this deal together.
83% to 3 and 17% to the rest of us!!!!
The deal itself is a lifeline to Sherlock but at what price to those long term holders. Maybe if PP only took between 60 and 65% we would not have had such a stampead.
Don't get me wrong, this deal is still great news for those who stick around.
