Not sure how or why you're confused with the current state of play?
There are no bids at 0.4c (no buyers). So you either join the queue of sellers who are looking to offload at 0.4c or sell for immediate funds at 0.3c.
If you wait longer, the queue at 0.4c may get longer just as it did at higher levels and your option is then to 'wait longer' or use the 0.3c queue to release your holdings.
