First you have to have pharmas wanting products made.
That seems to be the hold up. No pharmas in a hurry.
Not much sense installing lines until required.
Probably lucky to see a PFS in a drug store/Dr before the end of the year and even well into next year. WI - probably won't see them until 2018.
The up date MIGHT give us some idea.
