I think that is why it is still a little bit exciting - CPP is still 'on the edge' so a breakthrough could be noticed.
Your latter paragraph just sounds like discovery to me - I'm not sure how anyone makes progress in any scientific field without trial/error/test/redirect/learn/trial/error/test/experiment/fluke/trial/luck etc My memory is not so good but I think when I spoke to RH a few months ago or might have been at the shareholder meetings he said the reason focussed on blood born was commercial but I'm not sure if it's because it was more likely to be successful or because the market demand would be bigger if they are or some combo
