It is a good (detailed) summary and as a first cut it is as close as you would get to what you are seeking as the company hasn't been operating long enough to be able to do a fair FA. One thing that he has used is a measure of milk production at the farm level, Kg/ms, it is not used often in Australia (it is prevalent in NZ) and translating to a more commonly known expressions (including litres as often used in AU although this misses the key details of fat/protein/buttermilk weightings or whether it is tier 1 or tier 2 milk)
