Dr Brian White was a Director of CTO when the JORC was prepared and all these projected costs determined.
I will take his experience and qualifications ahead of any contributions posted here. He still lectures a couple of days a week at Queensland Uni Mining dept. as the adjunct Prof.
What then is the real problem with CTO?
On paper it is one of the largest and richest gold deposits in the world with all permits in place to commence operations.
Why then has no investor stepped up to the plate?
