It begins to underpin stages two and three fleshing out overall value by anticipating development. Commented on by Ambrian, though I understand they have very close links to PEN.
Market seemed to anticipate the announcement by a few hours breaking through (temporarily?) the bot barrier. Commented on as a technical breakout as well. though I accept there are degrees of certainty in that.
