A cap raising would be smart right now....
For the simple fact Dave would be at a disadvantage if 88e needed the farm-in for cashflow = It is harder to negotiate the best deal for 88e.
e.g. like going to a job interview with a job offer in your pocket. You can negotiate a bit harder.
