I have a friend who used to work for the asx and he reckons UBS treat their employees like crap as well.
I guess it's driven from the top down, with a lack of ethics and poor morals starting from the very top and filters down to the rest of management.
My friend also did say some of the worst humans you will come across work in the financial/stock industry so I guess it comes with the terrority.
