Yes, MD, Board and Management comprise of more than 1 person, no matter how powerful or dominant that one person is. With AGS, 5 people must collectively share responsibility for past decisions. Are they so fearful of thinking and acting independently? Fearful of their positions?

To me the board is fossilised and definitely not independent, despite their given titles. I mean fossilised in the sense of being unable to adapt to change because of their own long interpersonal relationships/alliances (John Dunlop the longest serving since 1994, and TL and SD both following IG into Alliance in 2003). BT's predecessor (Ian Pamensky) was also, from memory, ex Gandel Metals. ..

Quite a nexus of relationships when you look at GIP, ALK, Drummond, Ai gold, ORS etc.... Yes, I still hold; but no longer for the best U discovery in more than a 1/4 century, or for the rich Victorian gold veins we paid so dearly for, or the new WA tenements that may be already part of yet another scheme. No, I'm holding because human nature, and big business greed, interest me; ethics interests me too; and of course I don't think the SP will go much lower. It might even bounce a few times with the next "eureka"
