If suppliers buy back their products at costs less handilg and additional costs and expenses,they can supply them to other retailers.
It is not a charity,but good behavior for suppliers' unlucky customer.
IMO,every body and every corporate body should help bankrupted or voluntarily administrated corporate body or person without any additional costs or expenses.
I think lots of people buy goods from DSH not because of the cheaper price than other retailers but they just wish to help DSH from good minds.
