The trading in this stock does my head in! Although a somewhat strange announcement, I would have thought that management selling out some of their shares is the point of an IPO - as long as its not all at once, or in huge volume etc.
Not to mention some more free float might actually help crazy ranges like we see today where there is no liquidity.
