    The spec tech sector is showing some life.Psf,Tsn,Rap are running hot.Nor is out of favour ATM .It listed at 2 c with only potential as it's asset.It is now 4.4c with established revenue and even more potential.Is it a buy or a sell? As part of a spec selection of stocks it is well worth holding and buying at these levels
