way undervalued to me, the acquisition will increase operating margin . Application services are more profitable than other services currently charged to customers so the intergen aquistion is a smart move but for sure when a company double its size on one transaction it can cause some troubles but let's be patient.
wait and see.... fair value around 60 cents ....
