    Evening folks
    I do not hold this stock but am following with interest. I'm invested in PLS and a small amount of AJM and a few gold stocks for obvious reasons...

    I'm trying to understand the change in company structure;
    Please could a LT holder explain how consolidation creates a more appropriate capital structure?
