I was pleasantly surprised to see the following line item in today's Investor Presentation about the Lorenzo prospect:

" Lead- zinc (Mulyungarie, Lorenzo) – Broken Hill deposit nearby".

I had thought Lorenzo was only a copper-gold prospect to the immediate south (and only a few hundred metres) of the current Portia Gold Mine:

"Pasminco-Werrie Gold Joint Venture: at the Lorenzo prospect, follow-up drilling identified further high-grade copper and gold intersections; the best included drill holes BEN 1322 with 12 m at 2.6% Cu from 98 m and BEN 1543 with 3 m at 9.05 g/t Au from 116 m" Source: MESA Journal 14, July 1999 p.16.

I had to go back to the 2006 HAV AGM presentation to find any mention of zinc grades at Lorenzo:

• "Lorenzo - The lateral southern extensions of the Portia gold zone extends into this area, with some ore grade gold drill intercepts never followed up. The is also some historic drilling evidence also here of zinc mineralization with up to 10m at 2% zinc laying adjacent to the gold zone."
• "Lorenzo : 39m of 0.5% Zn and 23m of 0.9% Zn."

IMLTHO, the Lorenzo prospect is one that should be fast tracked/further drilling to take place after North Portia given the synergies and to take advantage of the considerable investment in mining and site infrastructure already put in place at Portia by Consolidated Mining & Civil (CMC)!!
