Folks, correct me if I'm wrong (always happy to stand corrected, especially if the argument is based on science, logic and reason), but the last announcement listed the Capital Structure as follows;
The total "post acquisition" is 1,954,276,880.
The total "pre acquisition" is 656,776,880.
The "post acquisition" total does not include the Performance shares of 500 million, nor the options of 25 million.
So if we calculate the market cap today "post acquisition", we should simply multiply 1,954,276,880 by the share price.
At 3.5c we get $68 million.
At 4.0c we get $78 million.
However, if we deal with what we currently have, ie. "pre acquisition", there is 656,776,880 shares.
At 3.5c we get $22 million.
At 4.0c we get $26 million.
Personally, "at the moment", we probably need to state the current market cap based on 656,776,880 shares, with an addendum, also giving the figures post consolidation based on 1,954,276,880. And then later on, we would also base the calculation on post consolidation, plus the performance shares as they gradually mature.
So for me, and based on today's trading between 3.5c and 4c, I'm looking at PSF as having a market cap of between $22 and $26 million (today!), and not that I think it will stay this low for long.
