At 4.0c we get $26 million.

Personally, "at the moment", we probably need to state the current market cap based on 656,776,880 shares, with an addendum, also giving the figures post consolidation based on 1,954,276,880. And then later on, we would also base the calculation on post consolidation, plus the performance shares as they gradually mature.

So for me, and based on today's trading between 3.5c and 4c, I'm looking at PSF as having a market cap of between $22 and $26 million (today!), and not that I think it will stay this low for long.

Well done Gwaihir. Finally some sense instead of trying to dodge the facts. So whichever figure you choose to use, 22 mil, 26 mil, 68 mil or 78 mil.......none of them equate to gassin123's calculation of 10 million. Simple really. Thanks for your input.

@ 4 cents (post deal) PSF will shortly have a Market Capitalisation of 78,000,000,000.00
