To be pedantic (I'm not called Nitpicker for nothing) the incorrect word is "has", which should be "will".
The letter is signed by Wayne Loxton so full responsibility for sloppy wording goes to him.
I agree it's no big deal but you are unlikely to see that kind of sloppiness from a first rate company. Which I still hope Yowie is.
