SALE OF SCALES CORPORATION SHARES TO CHINA RESOURCES
Scales Corporation Limited (Scales) (NZX: SCL) notes the announcement from
China Resources confirming that they have acquired 21,500,000 shares in
Scales (representing 15.38%) from Direct Capital Investments Limited.
Scales welcomes China Resources as a significant minority shareholder, and as
a party who can provide support to Scales in its ongoing initiatives in China
