For awhile I've been lactose intolerant (pretty common in people of east asian background) and I would frequently experience stomach discomforts whenever I drink milk or had ice cream. Going without it wasn't an option as I am a big fan of all thing dairy. So awhile ago I switched to Zymil and started taking Lacteeze tablets every now and then. It help a little but still felt some discomfort every now and then. Then I came across A2 Milk ad and decided to give it a try a month ago. I was a bit skeptical at first since I haven't read much research about it, but it seems to work for me and I won't be going back to normal milk. Planning to try A2 Ice cream next.
