Although pessimistic $millorbust - I must admit I tend to agree. I'm getting the distinct impression a few bones are thrown out to the public to give off the appearance there is things happening, but all in all it is just wind. Maybe to milk the paycheques for as long as they can. In the end, the share holders lose out and no doubt management will blame other things such as mineral price, world markets, wars going on in regions, the current government ... etc etc.
