Just a thought but I dont think citic are sitting around waiting for the ore to mine itself. They have paid their money so I imagine they would be getting the wheels turning to start the construction process for the Cape Preston port facilties and mining processes for their block. Would expect construction to start very soon. If all goes well for arh, citic will have completed the port and loading facilities by the time arh is ready to mine. How easy is that for arh!
