I assume from Management's point of view, the majority of shareholders in this Company will have absolutely no idea about the court issue you mention here and they (the majority of shareholders) most likely don't read these forums.
Correct me if I'm wrong but, we would probably account for a minority of shareholders that know much more than the majority.
So, the question is, does Management release an ASX announcement regarding the court / Whetstone related issues with the potential to scare the vast majority of shareholders or should they just keep quiet until it blows over. I think either decision is risky.
Staying quiet might pay off in the long run however, if something does happen to go wrong and they announce it after the fact, that's not good at all - but then again, Management might be thinking why go the double whammy? Announce it now, SP will dive. Bad news later, it will continue to dive.
