I think it was a bad choice to price the CR at 1c. A discount is expected but when it's priced at barely 50% of current market price it sends a message that the shares aren't worth much more than that. Dilution from the CR alone brings the price down immediately to 1.56c (ignoring the shares issued to Lepidico/Lemare), but IMHO the psychological impact of the CR being 1c is what brought it down even further. I sold out on the open, thankfully. May buy in again when it looks like things have stabilized.
