re: cnb..no sellers Hi Madmacs, I am wondering what you guys think CNB is worth? It has assets of about $1.15 a share which on completion of the projects will be worth about $1.25 in about 18-24 months. Why pay above nta for a land bank? Its not as if they have an ongoing revenue stream unless they go out and spend more money.
Management is way over paid (the top two guys get something like $800k between them which is a hell of a lot of money for a Canberra company).
I am struggling to understand why CNB is being pushed up. I think a ramp job may be being done.
