We are talking about AP government and Australia. Not the Indian government and the world.

Please provide some reasoning as to who you think they are referring to and why.

There is skepticism and then there is ignoring the dots in front of you.

As I am failing to do "proper research" perhaps you would be so kind as to point me in the right direction. Excluding anything before 2015 of course as I am well aware of that.

What other Australian company in Kurnool are the AP government in talks with? Surely you must have a list if you are so sure it's not NSL.

They will reveal all when they are in a position to. Perhaps once China things are finalized and land approvals are granted.
There will be something preventing them from revealing the bigger picture.
