Boles the December half yearly that come out in March is a lot different to the September Half year report which reflects the full previous financial year accounts and a full audit. The march half year report is a consolidation of the last 2 quarters only around 19 pages versus around 45 pages for the September report with a short auditors statement.
Looking at the announcement from 21 August 2015 I am not sure if the new CFO is a full time CFO or just on a casual basis.
"The Company herewith advises that the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), will be handled by Mr Greg Harding, the Company’s current external accountant."
