Be careful!!! First, find out more about CVC. Are they trying to help BNO shareholders, or are they trying to help CVC? Are they trying to help CVC to the company - ie, steal it from shareholders? Are they the CVC that is fully owned by Citigroup?

NB. I don't know the answers to those questions, but I sure as h*ll want to know the answers before I commit to supporting them. Just because the share price has declined doesn't necessarily mean that the BOD has got the business wrong, and just because CVC want to remove directors doesn't necessarily mean that they will install people who will run it better. They may install directors who will shaft shareholders and privatise the company, for example. The true answers may be either way - I'm not saying that CVC are necessarily a bad thing - but let's find the true answers before each of us comes to a decision. Does anyone have more information?
