Sparkos, if you are right that the Singaporians bought the shares for Bypar, then the Singaporians would have to be paid an amount more than they paid. Remember Bypar have to get the gold mines really paying well to make enough money in a few years to pay back the interest on the money that the Singaporians put up. I suspect that the Singaporians will vote no and that they believe the UML shares will rise after the motion is defeated and then BYPAR will increase the offer to say 35 to 40 cents.
