By the way I recently wrote to ASIC about IG's business methods regarding Gandel Metals and they replied that there wasn't any evidence to continue their investigation. Seems directors can do whatever they want. Just be wary where AGS is heading. If they find something substantial don't be surprised if it is transferred without shareholders having any say in it.
