    The Terranova who set this deal up with TrailStone which led to the cash-flow problem that destroyed the company is over at UML as a director trying to sell the company to the PYBAR people who did drilling on the UML mine for a 30% share of the mine, valuing its assets at $10m. Watch out for him.
