what are all these sellers afraid of?
get back to basics and remember the size of this deal and the potential. anyhow there is no way palmer is going to let his new baby sink. so much of the pre work has already been done as terryl said which is going to save heaps of time and risk. also it is an easy body to mine. once they have all the infrastructure built its not like the have to pack up and find another bill tonnes somewhere else- noooo they just ask clive for more!! by then the can pay cash for it too as the would have paid off the capital after about 8 years or so. all they would have to do would just keep digging!
