Ann: Melbourne Distribution Centre Update, page-3

I was intrigued when TRS dropped from 14.50 to 14.10 pretty quickly on an up day. Then the announcement came out.

7.3M seems pretty steep to me too. I wonder if it will affect the EOY div? I doubt it would be a cash hit yet but ann doesn't give a lot of detail.

Keen to hear thoughts.

I am out. I can't figure out how I feel about this ann in the short/med term. Maybe acted rashly but I can always get back in.
