Speculative stocks are about choosing the right entry point, usually before the herd moves in.
If you have got that correct and are not playing with"frightened money" plus believe in the business plan & management of the company, then you ride the waves as the company develops
Alternatively, you select the wrong entry point and panic when the shareprice changes direction.
Speculative stocks in their early stages all have difficulties leaving the shore, a breaker comes in and a set back occurs, those companies such as NOR with the right captain and crew launch again and learn from the last experience. Eventually clear water is achieved and off they sail.
Many an investor jumps ship before the journey has begun based on the white wash from one wave over the gunnels.
