Price closed at the 50% (fib) retracement today, with the last three 15 minute candles all green. This position is a typical turning point. Considering the relatively high amount of buys there at .029 (5.9 mill), I doubt it will fall lower, and apparently the gap at .022 was filed on Chi-X on the 14th.
